Srinagar 27 Aug (KNO) : The court of inquiry has indicted the Major Leetul Gogoi and advocated to initiate disciplinary action against him.
"Orders have been issued to initiate disciplinary action. against Major Gogoi. \
The court has held him accountable for - Fraternising local insipte of instructions to the contrary.," a top.army official told (KNO). " - Being away from the place of duty while in operational area." Court martial proceedings will be initiated against the Major.
